Failure on All Levels - Anonymous employee Ashley Logistics Solutions Employee Review

Don't do it. I have warned you. Director level & above management comprised of narcissists & megalomaniacs. Throughout the Ashley organization, hostility & abuse are encouraged & rewarded. Underhanded financial practices, hefty turnover (their "company photo" they use in their marketing is full of past employees. Literally 21 people in that photo have left - most on their own accord), unanswered HR claims, made up positions for management favorites while they laid off 13 employees, laying off employees by age (I have paperwork that states the ages & positions of all laid off employees), falsification of contracts, and masterclass gaslighting.
