      The shop is run by management. They never leave you stranded for an answer and are looking to improve always.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to get information out of the older guys, but once they warm up to you the operators share.

      At Ashley Machine and Tool employees are valued and appreciated. Employees are offered amazing benefits. Management has an open door policy that contributes to a supportive and positive work environment.

      I have worked at Ashley for a little over a year and I honestly do not have any cons yet.

      Competitive pay with good benefits. Requires you to be on the job but has its perks. It is a company looking to grow and be around for a long time. Reassuring when you worry about job security.

      Currently does not have remote positions but does have steady hours.
