Flexible work environment. Leadership team does their best to listen to the organization on improving the employee experience. Challenging tasks daily and always room to improve/implement new processes.

Siloed departments. Needs to structure organization hierarchy a little better. Operating procedures constantly changing, which confuses some folks on standards, but a work in progress to improve this.
