1) for the telemarketing position they will kick you immediately if you do not reach KPI hence they have high turnover staffs, 2) this place not good for doing internship. many universities already banned this company due to pressure and toxic for students. allowance for internship and salary for permanent staff have a huge different but somehow they push intern like permanent staff and terminate if they dont reach KPI. one warning and the next day out. supposedly if they pay low for intern and should give more room for intern to grow not treating them just like slave. 3) the hr staff also have terrible attitude and toxic. 4) no career growth
