Hard to get promotion, and if you did the salary increase will be in percent basis (basically the promotions are a joke). - example: you are in a junior position with a 20k pesos salary and you were promoted to senior. The most that you can get is 20% increase. Some leaders are just there because they're a family or a friend of a family of the CEO(I think). Even if they don't have the necessary skills to be in their positions. Office branch biases are also present. For Business Analysts, there are very few projects and most of them are only proof of concepts. For developers, the technology stack is not cutting edge.
