good enough, employer and colleagues are very nice, nice environments

Need more strong and clear leadership, need more employees to share the work

get to learn lots of knowledge about fruits and vegetables i guess.

Very bad at organising, needs a legit work roster to let employees when they are working instead of texting them last minute that their shift is the next day, awful management and treating their employees unfairly.
