      One of the best cardiac surgeon. Very good Spacious infrastructure. Acreditated hospital.

      Cons

      Autocratic leadership.one way communication. Master servant relationship. No human touch. Hire and fire HR policy. Worst employer. Unhuman policies. Penalties, suspension, salary deductions but no appreciation.
