      Flexible schedule, easy to learn.

      Cons

      Low pay, bad management, hard work that does not match the low payment you receive, you are responsible to pay for any false orders you made even if it's not your fault, no tips, no other real benefits other than the low wage.

      Pros

      -the best employee dinners ever! huge portions of tasty food after a busy night shift -owners are really friendly and chat with you like friends

      Cons

      -some customer bases don't tip that well, being from an international background and different belief systems -base pay and taxes not explained or clear cut
