      * Talented people (non-management), * Vacation time is great * Benefits are average to above average * The work is enjoyable * Flexible schedule * GREAT coworkers - very friendly and helpful!

      * Inept upper management - totally oblivious or unable to manage a company * Poor communication from top down - management does not share valuable information with employees * Terrible location - parking is $$$$$ * Salaries for non-management are well-below industry average
