Pros

The best thing about our company are the people. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. They have a great mentor scheme which means the senior recruiters assist the new-comers with any problems they may be facing - either work related or personal. Different areas of the business have different KPI levels, however if hard work is intrinsic to you, you wont need KPIs in order to stay driven. The commission scheme is pretty great too, however it can be massively affected by start date in a particular month, which some may argue is unfair. Overall it is a fantastic place to work, we have a great vibe in the office and everyone is friends with one another. An honest opinion is that i would definitely would recommend to all graduates looking to get into recruit to start here

Cons

Benefits package isnt that good, so if you are looking for private healthcare and company holidays then this isnt the place for you. They do have holiday targets every Q, however other recruitment companies do this no matter what the target is. Apart from that, there arent really any cons, brilliant place to work - cant stress that enough

Pros

- Wonderful balance between grown up recruiters focused on doing a great job and friendly people enjoying what they do and having fun along the way. - Great internal communication - clear visibility on company values which are embedded into their business pitches and training. This extends to two-way communication, directors take on board feed back from junior colleagues to improve thge business. - Innovative, using tech to aid colleagues rather than micro manage them - Sensible working hours culture - Good commission structures - Active social calendar - Good levels of support available with mentoring - Management that get stuck in and lead from the front - The business has a "never die wondering" mentality - its exciting to be around

Cons

- Still a growing firm, you should want to do business development if you work here - You're given a lot of freedom to do your job, this might not suit those used to more micro managed environments
