Pros
Walmart acquired the company, and thus it has the company's data and computation power, while also working in an agile startup environment which allows it to take quick action with minimal biocaracy - a very rare creature indeed!
SOTA technologies are used by the company not only for research but also for production that serves millions of users. A great impact in every project, again, it is not trivial in the DS realm.
Moreover, it is a small company with a great atmosphere, without any politics (Amm amm Amzaon...) or credit disputes (my previous company had a lot of problems of this kind, which is one of the reasons I left).
Work - life balance is good, there are no crazy hours and weekends are only worked if it is something very important, which only happens once in a blue moon.
Last but not least, the salary is good and there are RSU packages for the employees (which is also a very important aspect).
Cons
There are no big parties and fancy flighst to Ibiza. Personally, I don't care, but for the one who do...
