Pros
The people! There a few people who weren't so kind when I first started but I think it comes with being here for so long (Territory/Wanting the best for their teams etc.) , I love my team and even if one of us ends up leaving I think we'll remain friends. They're some of the most caring/kind /strong willed people I've met. Another plus would be rainmaker absolutely, It give you the chance to experience your co-workers/bosses/CEOS! out in the wild! give you a different perspective on one another and a great chance to grow closer to each other. I like the atmosphere in the office, Its easy breezy. I can freely talk and socialize and also balance my work well. we hide little trinkets around the office for each other to find whether it be in my department or lics. Over all I love this company and wish nothing but the absolute best for the Aspen family. The office parties are another huge bonus. I love getting the chance during the work day to unwind and have some fun with people around me. it's like a built in family.
Cons
Some downsides/THE downside for me would have to be "dress-code" albeit it's not heavily enforced, But I wish we'd be able to express ourselves even during that span of M-Th a little more. (Skirts/open shoes/maybe adding in Wednesday where we can wear another of our t-shirts)
