Pros
The people here are kind, the service is above and beyond. They care about building relationships, making the best experiences. They take extra time to ensure the guests are valued, and their needs are met. Every department is important!
Cons
There is not many cons at all. Our department did need new uniforms. But they already ordered them. I feel like they really listen and help out and try thier best. Usually in our department, if something is hard, it's caused by unrealistic expectations, let's be honest spa is "relaxed" if there's drama, it's probably intentional. We try to keep the peace!
