      Pros

      They leave you alone. Just do your job and you won't see much in the way of micromanaging. Pay is good and overtime is abundant. Fleet is pretty new and they keep buying more trucks all the time.

      Cons

      Benefits are average. Employee appreciation is lacking.

      Training, leadership, fly by seat of your pants, does not invest in sales team, no recognition or awards
