      Remote working , good people except VP

      Cons

      Workload and pressure from VP and Japan. Incredible demands placed on employees without any care for employees wellbeing. Employees not listened to. Toxic culture, no real strategy and an awful leader in the VP.

      Great benefits, excellent pay, supportive leadership. My leader doesn't micromanage and appreciates my expertise without being intimidated by it.

      Cons

      typical downfalls with merging with a large company. It takes time to settle and flexibility is required.
