Nothing good to talk about the company other than a few supportive senior developers.

-Delayed salaries. -Toxic management. -Bonds are signed to force newcomers stay and suffer due to salary delays getting benched etc for years and if they want to leave before the bond time they have to pay an amount of 3 years. -Not even exerience certificates are provided. -Not even a PVT LTD company. -No communication.

The pay was good until they decided to play games along with it.

Bad communication and never taking the blame for their fault. Always your fault
