Working with Mike was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. He was, without a doubt, the most unpredictable and chaotic manager I’ve ever dealt with. From constantly changing his story to outright lying, it was nearly impossible to trust anything he said. He’d promise one thing in a meeting and completely deny it the next day, leaving everyone scrambling to figure out what was actually expected. His lack of integrity and accountability created a toxic work environment where misinformation and confusion were the norms. If there was one consistent thing about Mike, it was his ability to dodge responsibility and shift blame onto others. It wasn’t just frustrating—it was exhausting trying to work under someone who made honesty and clarity feel like rare commodities.
