      Grinding through biting your lip to learn new skills from day one in a culture of poor teaching and leadership. Leadership that diminishes any positive teammates drive over time . A deteriorating culture that gets worse and worse.

      very click based, small group company that favors inside favor than new employees, makes it really hard for new people to assimulate to there culture and job task.

      They seem to be wasting a lot of money on unused offices, and huge corporate events vs. better pay for lower level employees. No opportunities for advancement.
