Most of the staff are passionate and dedicated to enriching the lives of the students and building lasting and meaningful memories.

Top-down incompetent management to borderline mismanagement of ‘whistleblowing/ safeguarding/grievance concerns/procedures (especially when it involves long-term medication errors and GDPR breaches) by 'circling its wagons’ to protect its own management . The inactive service management and weak leadership in developing services further than just 'day to day plodding and over restrictive decision-making' was extremely visible and disappointing and could possibly be the key reason as to why Southport services has been deemed as financially unviable and is potentially closing its residential services.
