For what was essentially a 0 hour contract the hours were reliable

Minimum wage with lots of effort and responsibilities. Poorly organised. Bad workplace environment.

- Excellent coworkers that boosted morale - Fun environment - Good job to gain experience (but not a long-termer) - Basically, as long as you come in and do your job properly and don't engage in the toxic office environment, you'll get on fine!

- Understaffed - Poor management - Low pay - Very physically demanding in peak season - No benefits / recognition
