Pros

I have worked for asquith now for 15 months and I have loved every minute of it. The journey that I have been on has not only made me grow professionally but also personally, building my confidence and competency through training, support ,mentoring and over all empowerment that I can succeed. I have had some personal issues throughout this time and asquith have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am looked after and more than supported to a level which is very rarely found with modern business putting my safety and well being as the priority and I can't thank them enough for this care and consideration through a very tough time. I know have a fruitful career ahead of me with opportunities to learn, develop and progress being taken on my own merits for the hard work and dedication that I put into the company. asquith is one of the best companies to work for as they value their employees and continue to support, develop and be the best and in recognition we have an amazing month ahead as we are being taken to Alton towers, Chessington and Ascot for an all expenses paid staff fun day out, as well as The employee of the year awards starting at the end of the year..! The winner last year had an all expenses paid holiday to the USA ....!! I love my job and my work colleagues and would not want to work any where else.

Cons

if you don't want to be the best, work hard and succeed then asquith is not the place to be.

Pros

Lovely working environment and teamwork. Directors are very visible and I feel they are approachable. Feel like senior management are part of the team, not layers and layers of management sat in some office somewhere. Staff fun days and team nights. Andy took us all to Alton Towers last weekend! I like being part of a team that is passionate about what we do, we always want to be the best and we pride ourselves on always going the extra mile and always doing the best for every child in our care. Inspiring to be a part of. Feel appreciated by my manager. It's small things like getting bacon sandwiches for us on an open day or even just making the time to say 'thank you'. Been given a chance to develop and prove myself and this has helped me build confidence.

Cons

You have to be passionate about what you do and love working with children. Asquith wants every nursery to be Outstanding. I work hard and so does everyone on my team but we all work together and support eachother and I love my job. I love knowing that what I do every day makes a difference to children's lives.
