I found work culture is very challenging and exciting. Every day you can learn something new, and everyone here cheers you to learn something new. Management provides you ownership of the module you are working on so that you can decide the timeframe and how much work you need to do there. - I don't see any cons apart from this, as we are a startup, sometimes, some issues take time to resolve but later management corrects the process. - As we are a remote team, if you need hand-holding for every step, then this company is not fit for you.
