Pros

There is proper guidance from seniors, and I was able to learn a lot of practical accounting knowledge during the internship. The office has a pantry with a small buffet-style counter, and there are quiet rooms available for focused individual work. Office equipment is complete and efficient, and colleagues are friendly, supportive, and willing to help one another. Overall, the atmosphere is positive and collaborative.

Cons

Not many major downsides, but sometimes work can be fast-paced and requires quick adaptation. Occasional tight deadlines may be slightly stressful for new interns, but it also helps improve efficiency and time management.

Pros

Free coffee and tea and varity of food near office

Cons

Management sucks. Bosses dont see eye to eye at times and will take it out on you. Scolding people without finding out what happened. Delegating so many tasks even though you already cannot handle - and without proper instructions. Says there will be guidance but do not know if things they do are legitimate. Distinct favouritism shown. SO MUCH STRESS.

Pros

- experienced new things - learnt how to deal with obnoxious clients

Cons

- Management often delegates urgent tasks at the last minute without providing clear guidance, resulting in unnecessary overtime for the team. - There is a recurring expectation to handle time sensitive work due to leadership’s lack of follow through, even when tasks could be self managed. - When seeking clarification or support, the common response is "I have no capacity," despite continued onboarding of new clients. - The client management process is disorganized, with no standardized operating procedures (SOPs) in place. - There appears to be a strong focus on client satisfaction, but limited consideration for staff welfare or internal team support - Departments are not treated equally. - Work is often delegated to the team when the manager lacks clarity on how to approach the issue herself.
