I have had a negative experience with this software shop. Unfortunately, there are some issues that need improvement. Firstly, they have been inconsistent with timely payment, which has been frustrating. Additionally, the company does not offer any employee benefits, which is disappointing. Furthermore, despite initially promising a certain salary, they later informed me that pay would be reduced due to the exclusion of local or US holidays or sick days. As a result, my earnings are lower than what was originally offered. Moreover, the company does not provide any work equipment, leaving me to rely on personal resources. Another concern is that the contract includes a clause stating that one month's salary will be deducted if an employee decides to leave the company. This seems unfair and discourages employees from seeking better opportunities. I believe these issues need to be addressed for the benefit and satisfaction of the employees. Constructive changes would greatly improve the overall working environment and ensure fair treatment for all.
