Pros
Working for Asset Control provides the opportunity to work with well known clients in the financial space globally. The product is still strong and is in the process of being updated. The workforce is based on a a group of very good, well motivated and dedicated people worldwide, providing the opportunity to work in a truly global company. After a few weaker years the performance of the company has picked up again and numbers are being made. Forecasts are looking good as well.
Cons
Due to market picking up and number of open positions, the workload is currently high. There is an urgent need to fill these open positions. Senior Management has been 'rebuild' from scratch in London. This was much required, but the cultural gap between UK and other offices needs to be closed.
