      Great work hours. Nice office bldg. Snacks and sodas provided for employees.

      Cons

      Software side Managers are Micro-managers. No ability to think for yourself. Does not promote team work. Dead-end job. No promotions. Same job for years with no ability to move around or move up. Some of the management should not be in their positions.
