Acceptable Benefits and sometimes free food

Cons

AssetMark laid off a bunch of people after coronavirus hit, spent money on sending people care packages, and now they are understaffed and are asking people to give up their PTO during a pandemic.

Pros

Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

Cons

-Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
