Pros

Have a lot of opportunity to work a LOT of different things that are normally gatekeeped at other companies. Huge volume of tickets but the atmosphere is great and we all help each other. Maneuverability within the company is great I plan to do IT Security later and would like to stay and there are options to. I'm trying to get my wife a job here too lol.

Cons

Scheduling stuff with the actual employees to fix their PC issues makes lunches difficult to maneuver around. Don't worry I take mine before the 5th hour lol.

Pros

Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

Cons

-Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
