      The company is a little cold and disconnected. Being onsite and just sitting in your cube while everything is still on teams or zoom. Not great

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
