Pros

Flexible time off (FTO), though manager discretion applies, some wellness and tuition reimbursement programs, work with a lot of great people who care about what they do

Cons

Constant changes have created a period of instability and low morale, hybrid work but no meaningful in-office perks to support or incentivize it, actual office environment feels dated—cubicle-heavy, gray, and not conducive to collaboration or energy, weak company culture which seems to be continuing to fade with limited emphasis on employee engagement or feedback, communication around major changes is often vague, misleading, or unclear

Pros

Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

Cons

-Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
