Pros
Going home at the end of the work day One time they gave everyone cheap pastries from Coles, that was good I guess
Cons
Too many to list honestly. Management is toxic and only cares about their bottom line, with little regard for their employees work-life balance. They proudly tout how everyone working for them is "like a family" (which is a red flag in of itself honestly) while simultaneously expecting you to do the work of two or sometimes three different people all by yourself, only to turn around and complain when certain minor tasks such as detailing aren't done in an expected time frame. The turnover rate is clearly very high so as a result the place I worked at was constantly understaffed. Whenever I attempted to bring up my grievances with the job and try to work with management to rectify them I was repeatedly dismissed and ignored, with such choice phrases like "Everyone else is able to do it so why can't you?" being thrown out to make it seem like I was the problem. The pay is considerably low too for the amount of nonsense they expect you to put up with as well.
