Great people and high morale

Lots of extra admin tasks

Great in-house PD's provided by other teachers in areas of interest and expertise, great kids and families and a strong counseling staff.

Absolutely no leadership from leadership team, petty backbiting atmosphere that is understood yet goes unaddressed, embarrassingly low pay, zero discipline practices, no actual curriculum nor progress monitoring while touting highly individualized instruction (non-existent). But hey, the kids love it because they get to have parties whenever!
