Overall culture and internal working dynamic is fantastic. There is a genuine positive "vibe" and consensus to win across the entire team. Everyone tends to focus on satisfying the customer and overcoming whatever obstacles may arise along the way. This is not an environment for individuals who like to follow a scripted and confined job description/role. You are expected to be proactive, expand beyond the call of duty, deal with frequent change and give it 110% EVERY day. Those who step up and deliver are rewarded in numerous ways beyond compensation. Management is extremely cognizant of keeping a healthy balance of doing good by its employees and overall business.
