The role was described as a structured full cycle AE position with systems, support, and a clear path to high earnings, but that was not the reality. Very little infrastructure in place, inconsistent lead quality, and expectations placed on reps without the tools to succeed. Compensation and OTE felt highly unrealistic based on actual performance conditions. Scope of the role expanded quickly beyond what was originally communicated. Leadership can be reactive and subjective, and accountability is often placed on reps for factors outside of their control. Turnover during my time there made it difficult to build consistency or confidence in the long-term direction.
