Staff is nice. Managers are helpful and available. Regular training available. Dedicated trainer available. Will pay for millage most of the time. Mostly consistent work.

Low fee schedule compared to other firms. If working in an underserved area they will often ask you to take claims 3+ hours away and if you deny they will often pressure you or have other staff call you to take it.
