Pros
Flexible schedule, not working on Sundays. You are also able to dress up for the holidays or major sporting events in the area. Lots of time spent on hands on training as well as systems use. Flexible schedule with other tellers allows every one to trade hours or days. Stock purchase plan and other benefits are fair but at the level of the position it is nice to have the option.
Cons
Early hours on the weekends, locking down the place at night (have to be careful as it is a bank). At times the days you want off are already taken by other people.
