Pros
Love my job, my supervisor and my coworkers. Very fun place to work and even with enjoying the job we are very productive. Didn't think that was possible a few years ago
Cons
Upper manangement I feel doesn't really know what we do and doesn't understand that maybe they should take a bigger effort to understand the challenges that the depts they are to oversee really deal with. Too many obsticles, sometimes it feels like their are so many bosses we don't know who to listen to and that the communication is lacking.
