Pros
The Pay decent, less than some warehouses, more than others.
Cons
The warehouse is poorly maintained and managed. Supervisors are often hiding in the isles making personal calls and texting, or lowering productivity by having long conversations about the important issues of rap music and professional basketball. The warehouse has giant potholes all over, but instead of fixing them this company would rather make the outside of the building look nice. Supervisors are constantly make new rules that will make your job harder or just bad ideas that are only good for lowering your percent. There is pretty much zero chance for advancement. If you start out as an order selector, the best case scenario is to get a bid as a fork lift driver. They layout of this warehouse (Grocery and Perishable) is just awful. Stacking boxes shouldn't be hard, but the people who came up with this layout obviously don't know anything about order selecting or physics. This company places far too much emphasis on seniority. Ironically the people who have been there the longest are some of the laziest people there.
