Little room for growth, disconnect from corporate office

Concerns about safety, ethics, and basic workplace respect were routinely ignored or met with hostility. 2). Atrocious Patient Care: The company prioritized profits over people, leading to unsafe staffing levels, improper training, and policies that put patients at risk. Any attempt to raise concerns was dismissed or punished. 3). High Turnover: The workplace was so miserable that turnover was constant. Most employees were either actively looking for a way out or regretted staying. 4). Lack of Support: Management was completely disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations and had no interest in making meaningful improvements. 5). Unrealistic Expectations: Employees were expected to do the jobs of multiple people with little to no support, all while being micromanaged and undervalued.
