      Great company to work for, busy and varied work, no 2 days are the same! Training is available for each role and lots of other experienced staff to help new staff to learn.

      Cons

      There are no cons really, you do need to be prepared to work as it is busy and some of the negative reviews are from people that don’t understand this.

      Pros

      Friendly Staff and Management. Great advancement opportunities if you are willing to put the effort in your efforts will be rewarded. Everyday is different and provides fresh challenges and problems to solve. Excellent facilities and nice environment to work in. Good Working Hours and free parking onsite. Brews and Biscuits provided in the staff kitchen.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. Some days can be high pressure and intense but that is what is expected when providing the services we offer and the clients that we have to deal with.
