Cons
EVERYTHING! Let's start with the COO is a p.o.s and is money hungry. Management sucks and is completely rude and disrespectful to their employees. They will approve your PTO time then tell you THEY made a mistake and you have to pay back all the money that they approved you for on their mistake . If you're working in a satellite office be prepared to go above and beyond and handle angry patient and complaints since there is NEVER a manager in any other office except west Mifflin. The doctors will belittle you and tear you down. One word to describe this company is SHADY!!! They go through employees and managers constantly bc they are a horrible company to work for. They expect you to do a million different job tasks that you weren't hired for. But no extra raise. They suck up to people on their interview just to reel them into hell then use you for all your worth. DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!
