Pros
free food from advertising company, 9-6:30pm (depends on doctor), and holidays off.
Cons
low pay, even with experience, doctors taking an hour to see patients or coming into work an hour late, lack of organization, poor charting system, too much gossips among co-workers, and much needed updates/renovation on equipments and office. Also requesting holiday week off is via a spin-a-wheel which you may not get.
