Working at ATD is not for anyone who works slowly and/or is unwilling to work hard. If can match the pace of the company, you will excel and they will reward you generously. The pay is amazing, they have great benefits with a killer retirement match, and they even allow you to work from home once they trust you enough. The location is great too, I love the view. Definitely one of the better places I’ve worked before based on just physical location alone, as well as how well the office is decorated. Very aesthetically pleasing and lots of great lunch places in the neighborhood. Also, free parking if you choose not to work from home.
