kinda toxic, work is loaded due to lack of employees. no work life balance cause even you are on leave, they still contact you or when your shift is done. no career growth.

The workload is not heavy and easy to understand.

Dead-end scenarios that even experienced Regulatory Officers did not know what to do. Just do trial and error.
