Pros
Positive Attitudes, they pump you up so that you can make them more money. But you will never get paid for the work you did.
Cons
Long hours, no breaks, no lunch, no sitting down, 12 hour shifts for commission that they promise they will pay to you but they never do. Pyramid scheme, the more you sell the more you are allowed to move up and recruit people under you. They do not ever pay you however, be ware of this scheme.
