Not of Assure but hours in as a tech fluctuate from week to week and day to day at times. You will not work normal 9-5 hours and sometimes plans change.

Absolutely predatory contract and repayment agreement. I was cornered into leaving and subsequently repaying. I moved thousands of miles from my home for this company, then in less than 6 months was demanded to move again or quit. The education program was a joke in a way I cannot understate. Not only could they not keep an education manager hired (2 month turnaround must be a new record!), but the program itself was a mess as far as expectations vs reality. Expect to work inhumane hours, do NOT trust what they tell you. You'll be paid the least compared to your colleagues (dont expect this to change when you get your cert either) and treated like a dog while you're at that laughably low pay. They care more about being publicly traded than they do about their employees. Other IOM companies even know Assure is a total laughing stock. You'd be better off at speciality care and they don't treat their people great either. Especially watch out those who are NEW TO THE FIELD. Assure ACTIVELY and unapologetically takes advantage of people wanting a foot into the field. They WILL SCAM YOU
