Pros
Salary range for me at least, was on par with what my expectations were though we never discussed salary. Working from home and the IT person and lady in HR were actually helpful which is rare.
Cons
Where do I even begin? I watched them fire a whole department and not have an action plan in place to backfill. My supervisor-an owning partner literally took the bulk of the 5 months I worked there off. Just gone-so I received no guidance. They pride themselves of having a culture they do not actually practice. The awards they have won are “pay to play” aka some have been bought. I put my two week notice in respectfully but they confiscated my laptop the day before my last day and though I was told I would be paid for that day as well as the next-that was a lie. That’s their MO. You will be told one thing but they mean another. Constantly. I had such high expectations when I started as this sounded like a dream company to work for. It’s a train wreck. It wasn’t long before I started looking for a new job. The writing was on the wall. Job seeker beware.
