Where do I begin? The company is currently bleeding talent. People are quitting every month, and there’s absolutely no focus on employee retention. The remote team is practically being phased out without clear communication, leaving people uncertain and anxious. Leadership is a mess — the manager is more focused on saving his own seat than fixing what’s broken. Meanwhile, the so-called “team lead” plays sly games, acting nice in front of teammates and then going behind their backs to badmouth them to the manager or higher-ups. It’s clearly a move to climb the ladder, and unfortunately, it’s working — because leadership listens to whoever speaks the loudest, not the one who delivers results. The CEO has no clue about the toxic politics brewing underneath and seems to be blindly influenced by an account executive (Mehwish), whose decisions directly affect team morale and structure — and not in a good way. If you’re looking for stability, transparency, or growth — this place offers none of it. It’s just survival of the fittest… or more accurately, survival of the most manipulative.
