Smelly office space and toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Asti Infotech Employee Review

The office space is smelly and doesn't offer a clean work environment. The hiring is extremely biased( contract offers for married people). Interview consists of more questions regarding if you have kids and what are your personal commitments. They won't hire you based on your talents. No work culture. Random tasks without planning are assigned to the employees. No time is given to self learning too. The managers shout on the team without giving any inputs regarding the work. A very loud and annoying song plays at the time of breaks and people dance on that song. It is extremely annoying. People who dance don't work at all. Also people do more gossip and politics here than work. Salary isn't great as well. In one word 'avoid' joining this company as you won't learn anything. All the positive reviews are fake and forcefully written by the employees.
