Pros

-well established brand in the recruitment market -work with a list of large banks and companies -ambitious growth plans and encourage people to take ownership and grow out the business -good commission structure and opportunity to make a lot of money in a short period of time

Cons

-office politics make it difficult to progress if you're not in with senior management -ridiculous hours - I am talking 12 hour days generally -very corporate environment -perception is everything.. you could be working very hard all day but if you leave at 6pm people will question your work ethic

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
